Code of Practice
Quick Sale Ltd. and its investment network members fully support and comply with the following code of practice:
- Provide a clear, impartial and honest assessment of every property before making any price offer.
- Always pay any legal fees associated to the purchase as long as the chosen solicitor charge the average fees approved by Quick Sale and its partner members.
- Never pull back of a purchase once an offer has been made.
- Never take longer to conclude a deal then what was initially agreed unless issues beyond our control occur.
- If a sale to rent back is agreed, confirm in writing that the client will be able to rent the property for an indefinite or definite term if he so wishes, bringing him peace of mind that his property will not be sold to anyone else.
- If a sale to rent back is agreed, confirm in writing the maximum variations on the rental price along the years, so that the client feels protected that the seller will not suddenly increase the rental price at an unbearable value.
- Once a sale to rent back has been agreed, the landlord, either Quick Sale Ltd. or one of its network members will be responsible for the property maintenance or for paying a property management company for the service.
- Once a rent to buy back agreement has been established, neither Quick Sale or its members can sell it to any other person or ask for any other price other than the agreed price, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
- We shall provide our Clients, in respect to every property being bought, a written contract that sets out all of the terms and conditions in the agreement between them and the buyer whether it is Quick Sale Ltd. itself or a Quick Sale network member.
- We shall use plain language when writing or communicating with our Clients.
- We shall keep our Clients fully updated as to the progress of their property sale.
- We only publish advertisements, make statements, and disseminate literature that is accurate, reliable, and truthful to the best of our knowledge and experience to both our clients and our investment network members.
